There are two common ways to eliminate static electricity in the industry.

 a. Ion neutralization

 b. Use wire conductive method. Of course, there are also some other ways, such as humidification of the air, to avoid static electricity generated by the air being too dry.

 The Super Ion Air Knife uses the method of ion neutralization

The Super Ion Air Knife is a combination of a super air knife and an ion bar. The super air knife uses clean industrial compressed air as the power source to blow out uniform, high-flow, high-intensity airflow at high speed, while the ion bar ionizes the surrounding air to generate a large amount of positive and negative ions and is blown with the airflow generated by the super air knife. The surface of static and dusty objects instantly removes static electricity and blows off dust and other particles.

The super ion air knife uses a high voltage power supply of 5 kV to ensure high-efficiency generation of a large number of positive and negative ions 

5kV advantage: 

If too low, can not guarantee the production of a large number of positive and negative ions; 

If too high, counterproductive.

There are two ways to connect the ion bar of ion gas knife: 

1. Direct type

2. Inductive

Super ion air knives are direct. The direct type produces more positive and negative ions than the inductive type.
