SCB Vacuum Tech Limited is a manufacturer and exporter of industrial air systems, based in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. We have been building air systems since 2005, and today our equipment runs in factories across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
What We Make
Air Knife Systems
Coanda, spider, ring, aluminium alloy and stainless steel air knives, jet nozzle manifolds and mounting hardware. Used for blow-off, drying and cleaning in packaging, beverage, automotive and electronics production.
Air Amplifier Systems
Compressed air driven amplifiers for conveying, extraction and ventilation, where moving a large volume of air matters more than generating high pressure.
Cooling Systems
Vortex tubes, cold air guns and cabinet coolers for spot cooling of machining, moulding, welding and electrical enclosure applications.
Drying Systems
Complete air knife drying lines that combine air knives, blowers and controls, built for bottle, can, profile and surface drying.
How We Build
We specify NSK or SKF bearings and ABB IE2 and IE3 motors as standard on our blower driven systems. Combined with our own impeller and housing design, this brings energy conversion up to 85 percent, which lowers running cost over the life of the equipment.

Where We Work
Our equipment is used in bottle and can filling lines, food packaging, printing and coating, automotive component drying, plastic and rubber processing, electronics cleaning, wastewater aeration and pneumatic conveying. We also keep an office in Dubai to support customers in the Middle East.
