The unit features a magnetic mounting base, interchangeable nozzles, an external temperature control valve, and an integrated air supply connection, offering a practical configuration for industrial users. The SCB industrial cold air gun consists of several functional components designed to streamline installation and operation.
2. Cold Air Outlet and Flexible Hose
Users can configure the outlet according to the required airflow direction. The unit includes a flexible hose and two nozzle options:
Round nozzle (outlet diameter: 6.35 mm)
Flat nozzle (outlet width: 30 mm)
3. External Temperature Control Valve
An external temperature control valve is located at the rear of the cold air gun, allowing users to adjust operating settings based on specific cooling requirements.
4. Large Magnetic Base
The SCB-80PT02 large magnetic base provides a convenient mounting solution for attachment to ferrous (iron-based) machinery surfaces. With a diameter of 80 mm, the base allows the unit to be securely positioned without the need for drilling holes into the machinery. The magnetic base provides an attractive force of approximately 10 kg.
Product drawings indicate that the unit is equipped with a quick-connect air inlet fitting (for 10 mm tubing) and features PT1/4 and PT3/8 threaded ports at designated locations. The assembly also includes a silencer.

SCB offers five models, each with varying compressed air consumption rates and cooling capacities.
Under specified test conditions, these models provide cooling capacities ranging from 190 W to 821 W. Models with higher cooling capacities require a greater volume of compressed air; therefore, before selecting a model, please verify that your existing air compressor has sufficient supply capacity to meet the requirements.
The specification table also lists cooling capacities in BTU/h and kcal/h. These units represent the same cooling capacity expressed within different measurement systems.
6. Easy Installation and Flexible Positioning
A magnetic base simplifies installation on compatible equipment surfaces. Once the base is secured, connect the unit to a compressed air source using appropriate hoses and fittings, then position the air outlet toward the area requiring cooling.
