Tips when using the air blade:
1. The compressor air should be dry, oil free, or will effect the air knife working life
2. Filter should be choosing 5micron automatic drainage air filter, the oil filter can be choosing 0.3micron level, and installation should be near the air knife
3. Please control the air source distance as shorter as possible, if far, please use 1/2'' pipe for connection, and if the distance longer than 30m, then using 1'' pipe for connection.
4. Compressor pressure should be within 0.55-0.69Mpa
5. When the air flow of the air knife going down or cleaing effect going bad, the normal problem is that, compressed air pipe is too small, the installation of air circuit is limited, or filter is blocked
