Ring Air Knife

SCB Ring Air Knife is designed for 360° air wiping and drying of round, cylindrical and continuously moving products. It creates a circular high-velocity airflow around the product, helping remove water, moisture, dust and loose particles from the surface as the product passes through the ring.

The ring air knife is particularly suitable for pipes, tubes, wires, cables, rods, bottles and other products with a round or similar profile. It can be positioned directly on a production line, allowing products to pass through the center of the ring for continuous surface drying and cleaning.

One of the main advantages is its simple installation. The ring air knife can be connected to a suitable blower or compressed air source and mounted around the production line without a complicated drying system. This makes it easy to add air wiping or drying to an existing conveyor or processing line.
