2. Confirm the installation and fixing method of the air knife. Generally, the air knife is fixed by installing a fixing bolt and an air inlet.
3. When installing the air knife, it must be considered that the air knife can be installed up and down, left and right, and at an angle.
4. Confirm the pipe connection and fixing method of the air knife.
5. The most important thing is that, according to the product being blown, the installation angle of the air knife is usually 75° in the feed direction.
6. If the blow-dried product is a beverage bottle, it is usually installed on the side, and the incoming materials should be placed forward, forward, and backward.
7. The distance between the air knife and the dry product. The farther the distance, the worse the effect of air knife drying. Therefore, we usually recommend that the closer the better.
